Jehr’s last outing was to remix Jay Tripwire’s DMT Demento, but now he makes a full step up with a first solo EP on the legendary Superfreq label. It showcases his tough tech sound across a trip of superb cuts.

Tomorrow kicks off with a superbly tense and gritty bassline. It’s one to get whole clubs marching, but the details also make it a heady trip. Purr really takes off on a cosmic adventure with wild synth sounds and clacking drums spread out over a hurried bassline.

It’s intense and arresting in all the right ways. The warm and bubbly late night acid cut that is Spirit Animal closes out with nice heady vibe and rich atmospherics. Jehr’s proved he is a vital artist who is well worth watching from now on with this excellent EP.
