Now up to a fifth release, the Opulence label is starting to really establish its sound. Next up on Cali Lanuaze’s label is the boss himself with Jonny Cruz. They serve up two tunes in cahoots with each other and then heavyweights Roman Flugel and Moscoman step up to remix.

Opener Flyg is a wonky, mechanical bit of house but it has real funk in its bones. The popping drums are run through with great synth designs and it brings real invention to the club. German master Roman Flugel reworks it into a dusty, lo fi house cut for the afterparty thanks to his muffled drums and cerebral pad work. The other original is May The Wind Always Be At Your Back, a deep, widescreen minimal house tune with watery synths and a nice fluid groove that will get bodies moving as it journeys to outer space.  Disco Halal chief Moscoman then flips it on its head and makes it into a majestically melodic, innocent sounding adult lullaby that is a perfect end of the night tune, rounding out a fantastic EP in the process.
