AJ Christou is a man on the move and you will be too once you’ve heard his latest cuts on the still young but already vital Boogeyman label.

First out of the blocks is Contagious, which has choppy snares and grinding bass offering a driving groove. It’s full flavour and dripping with character. Club 702 then gets more edgy and looks to the cosmos with its sci-fi tech house sound, breathy female coos and superb bassline design. Make no mistake, this man knows how to craft a killer groove. That is evidenced on closer Quarter Snacks, which ducks and dives on a nice punchy house beat with clipped vocals and sci-fi pads.

This is a second superb offering from Boogeyman.
